Imagine buying your dream home only to find out later it is a house of horrors. That's what happened to a couple when they purchased a two-bedroom home in Fallbrook, CA in 2014.

Little did they know, the home was the scene of the gruesome murder of a young Marine wife who was allegedly killed in a sex dungeon in the basement.

She was last seen alive on April 13, 2012.

She was in the process of moving and, on that same day, had gotten help packing from acquaintance Sgt. Louis Perez. That night, she agreed to go on a dinner cruise in San Diego with Perez.

The DiedinHouse.com home genealogy report states that the house in West Allis, WI is where the skeletal remains of a 41 year old man was found in 2012, four years after he committed suicide in 2007.

The shocking discovery of his remains came when his house was handed over to the city because of unpaid property taxes. The man's "nearly skeletonized body" was found on the second floor with a Smith & Wesson 9-mm. handgun found lying on the his chest. An autopsy concluded he died from a gunshot wound to the head. Reportedly the man was upset over a recent breakup with a girl friend, the two had a daughter together that he had not seen for a while. Before he killed himself he quit his job and told neighbors that he was moving to New Mexico. The house was repaired and placed on the market for sale.

WI State Law 452.23 (1)(a) - basically states that a seller or broker is not required to disclose any death no matter the cause as long as it does not affect the physical condition of the property.

The murder house where Jules Reich, 61, the husband of a 58-year-old pediatrician brutally murdered his wife. He called Scarsdale police to report that a female has been hurt seriously, and no further information was given. The police found her stabbed to death in a bathroom shower.

New York law does not consider any death in the home to be "material fact"; therefore it is not required to be disclosed. If a buyer asks, and the seller knows, then they should answer truthfully, but no legal action shall be brought against the seller and agent for failing to disclose.
